Privacy policy
What Sikt Intelligence collects on siktintelligence.com, why, and your rights. In short: only your email, and only if you join the waitlist.
Sikt Intelligence collects as little as possible. If you only read the site, we collect nothing about you ourselves. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can tell you when early access opens.
Who we are
Sikt Intelligence, based in Oslo, Norway, runs siktintelligence.com and is responsible (the "data controller") for the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- your email address
- where on the site you signed up (for example, the home page)
- the date and time you signed up
That is all. We do not ask for your name, and we do not store your IP address with your sign-up.
When you visit the site
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in short-lived server logs. We do not use these logs to identify you.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers below.
Who processes it for us

Because these providers are in the United States, your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. They process it on our behalf under data processing terms that use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until early access opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If Sikt does not launch, we delete the list. We review it at least once a year.
- Server logs: only for the short period set by Vercel.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- give it to you in a portable format
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it)
Email privacy@siktintelligence.com. We reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority: datatilsynet.no.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other sites, such as Kalshi, Polymarket and news and research sources. They have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
